The first exercise is horrible. Well, not so much the exercise, but the form.You’ll definitely feel it! It will feel like you’re getting tight abs, but there’s MUCH more effective ways of doing it. hat exercise is horrible for the back and neck (two areas you REALLY don’t want to risk injury in because it will stick with you for life). Bicycles are good…the 3rd and 4th exercises are good too, but again, the form is just beggin for injury.Maybe not today or tomorrow, but all it takes is 1 time.

Wow. Delete this video. Not only do you give horrible advice you have no abs to be giving advice on how to get them, A slim waste doesn’t mean you have abs.

the only problem with the abs exercises is the fact that she is too fast for beginners.. in other videos she is not this fast.

Everyone has abs, hers just weren’t defined. And that’s pretty good because I’m a girl who doesn’t want a six pack. 0_0

harsh wording brostyn, but ur information is correct. Id also add that a few of the exercises she’s doing r HORRIBLE. I KNOW I KNOW, ppl r going 2 dismiss what Im saying thinking that Im a “nobody” & that she “MUST KNOW” what she’s doing, blah blah. But ask ANY Doctor or Phsycial Therapist about these exercises & they will tell you to STEER CLEAR of them. They r injuries waiting 2happen! Maybe not today or 2morrow, but it WILL likely happen. Theres more efficient ways to get even better results.

Then its simple. Don’t do ab workouts, and guess what you won’t have abs.
The video is labeled AB WORKOUT, and clearly the author has failed to demonstrate she has any knowledge on how to get defined abs. If you want to slim down go run. This exercise will get you nowhere.

It helps tone your abs but the only way to lose fat in a desired area is cardio/dieting. The way you lose fat is determined by your genetics. Good luck :)

this exercise will help build muscle.. more than likely, you’re getting results.. if your stomach is very loose or has some fat, it can be hiding the muscle.. try doing some cardio, but keep up these exercises as well ;)
